Sivasanta Dialysis & Medical Clinic
The SivaSanta Dialysis and Medical Clinic Project is a RM15 million project and is expected to be operational in 2017/2018.
The fund raising activity will be undertaken in two (2) phases as follows:
- Phase 1 will entail land acquisition and construction of the medical facility (target RM12 million); and
- Phase 2 will entail fit out works of equipment and furniture (target RM3 million).
With respect Phase 1, we seek your support to sponsor a space for the dialysis and medical clinic at the following indicative values:

| Treatment / Diagnostic Room (3 rooms) | - RM150,000 per room |
| Clinical Dispensary | - RM300,000 |
| Executive Health Screening Centre - Imaging Room & Clinical Laboratory | -RM500,000 per centre |
| Main Lobby and Pharmacy | - RM1.5 million |
| Rehabilitation Centre (inclusive of therapy and gym) | - RM1.5 million |
| Roof-top "Healing Garden" | - RM1.5 million |
| Hemodialysis area | - RM3.0 million |
All cash donations via the space donation programme are tax exempt and will be acknowledged with a suitable plaque setting out the name of the donor.
